GCE is committed to strong, movement-wide accountability for the impact of its advocacy and campaigns.

A shared monitoring, evaluation and learning framework tracks progress against the 2023–2027 strategic objectives, with annual reporting, reflection spaces and a mid-term review enabling all constituencies to assess results and adapt actions.

The Board, Secretariat and members each report on their agreed contributions, strengthening transparency, learning and collective responsibility for advancing the right to education for all.

Transparency

GCE is committed to transparency in how decisions are made, resources are used and results are shared across the movement. Regular reporting on governance, finances and progress against the 2023–2027 Strategic Plan is made available to members and partners, alongside open spaces for feedback and reflection. Clear roles, accessible information, and participatory review processes help ensure that GCE’s work remains accountable to its constituencies and to the communities it seeks to serve.
