GCE works with a wide range of partners and funders who share a commitment to the right to free, inclusive, quality public education for all.

Strategic collaborations with civil society networks, multilateral initiatives and research organisations strengthen the movement’s advocacy, while financial support from mechanisms such as Education Out Loud enables GCE members to influence education policy, monitor commitments and hold decision-makers to account at national, regional and global levels.
